Reservations are taken on a first-come first-serve basis. Reservations are secured only after management receives the signed application along with the security deposit for the amount of $200.00, and the rental fee range of $170-330 (half day) or $330-610 (full day).
Only owners may reserve the clubhouse, the owners can sponsor tenants or individuals outside of the neighborhood.
Owners accounts must be in good standing to make reservations.
All checks must be made payable to the Association, Cypress Springs Owners.
