Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations are secured only after management receives the signed application/agreement along with the security deposit and rental amount checks (separate checks).
Only owners may reserve the clubhouse, the owners can sponsor tenants or individuals outside of the neighborhood.
Owners accounts must be in good standing to make reservations.
All checks must be made payable to the Association, Cypress Springs Owners.
