The swimming pool, clubhouse, and picnic area are located on Cypress Springs Parkway South near Cypress Springs Elementary School.

Entrance to the pool and clubhouse requires a key issued by the management company. New owners may obtain a key and tag for the pool and tennis court area by contacting the property management company.

A private security company is employed beginning Memorial Day weekend to monitor the recreational facilities throughout the summer season. Pool furniture is kept in storage until the summer season, when the area is supervised by an attendant.

An attendant is present on weekends, holidays, and during pavilion rentals. The attendant is not a lifeguard.

Bathroom doors are kept locked to help minimize vandalism and loss.

The swimming pool is open from dawn to dusk.

Please contact the management office to inquire about an amenity key. Access keys are granted to deeded owners only.
